We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties.
The data remains solely with Liberty Tours Hvar unless we are legally required to disclose it (e.g. to competent authorities upon valid request).
6. International transfers
All data is processed and stored in Croatia (EU). We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
7. Retention periods
- Enquiry e-mails are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless we must keep them longer for legal obligations or potential claims.
